Welcome to Redmundus Studio. By accessing or using our website, or by engaging our digital engineering, design, and marketing services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Redmundus Studio provides custom software engineering, UI/UX design, CMS integration, e-commerce architecture, and digital marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost of any project will be defined in a separate, written Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon by both parties.
2. Intellectual Property
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate agreement, all materials, custom code, designs, and architectures produced by Redmundus Studio during a project remain the intellectual property of Redmundus Studio until full payment has been received. Upon final payment, the appropriate intellectual property rights and licenses will be transferred to the client as outlined in the project's SOW.
3. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are determined on a per-project basis. Generally, projects require an initial deposit prior to the commencement of work, with subsequent milestone payments aligned with project deliverables. Redmundus Studio reserves the right to suspend services or withhold final deliverables if payment terms are not met.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful project delivery, clients are expected to provide necessary resources, access credentials, brand assets, and timely feedback. Delays caused by a lack of client responsiveness may result in project timeline extensions and potentially incur additional fees.
5. Warranties and Disclaimers
Redmundus Studio strives to deliver high-quality, bug-free software. However, we do not warrant that our deliverables will be completely error-free across all possible hardware and software environments. Post-launch support periods (e.g., 30 or 90 days) are provided per tier to address immediate issues. Beyond this period, ongoing maintenance requires a separate retainer agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Redmundus Studio, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project if the other party breaches a material term of these Terms of Service or the specific SOW. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to the date of termination.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with standard international business practices, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Specific jurisdiction will be defined in individual client agreements.
